We hope your child’s learning experience with us is an exciting and enjoyable one!

To start the registration process, please call your school secretary.  You will need to bring with you the following documents:

Your child’s birth certificate

Current immunizations

Special education information (if applicable)

Copies of custody or guardianship papers (if applicable)

Copy of your child's current transcript (high school students only transferring from a different school)

Name, address, phone and fax number of the prior school

During registration, a series of forms will need to be completed which will include emergency information and health history.  You will be asked to sign an authorization form to request your child’s records from his/her previous school.  The entire registration process will take about 30 minutes for elementary and middle school students.  For high school students, the process may take slightly longer depending on whether placement tests are necessary.
